Paid-plan seat types have different inspection, reporting and administration limits; a free guest seat is not an unrestricted inspector. Offline use is documented for the mobile app with preparation and feature limits, including no offline template editor or analytics.
Run these three tasks in both demos
Capture fictional inspection INS-TM01 and its photo offline, then reconcile a changed record.
Acceptance evidence: Record the plan, role, app version and prepared content. Start and reopen the inspection without a connection, then reconnect after a reviewer changes a related field. Inspect the uploaded photo, ownership, timestamps and handling of a duplicate or conflict; do not infer offline approval from offline capture.
Reject incomplete closure evidence and review the correction using the proposed worker and reviewer roles.
Acceptance evidence: The finding stays linked to its action, the rejection reason and both evidence versions. Demonstrate the agreed permission boundary and distinguish the assignee's completion from the reviewer's acceptance. Identify the required licenses for every participant rather than demonstrating everything as an administrator.
Change one form rule and export the inspection-to-action history.
Acceptance evidence: Name the person who can maintain the rule and any vendor work needed. Retrieve the earlier record's form context and export the agreed fields, attachments and review history in usable files. Mark unavailable exports, plan limits and configuration work as open scope, not a passed test.
Keep the decision open if…
Keep selection open if the actual paid scope cannot reproduce the required workflow, a seat restriction prevents a recurring task, or a critical export or disconnected step remains untested. No comparative speed, reliability, support or ease-of-use result was measured. An unanswered requirement is not proof that either product lacks it.
Align the proposals
Give both vendors the same sites, inspection frequency, templates, worker/reviewer/admin roles, history and export needs. Is Mitti's Free plan equivalent to Tekmon's free trial?
No. Mitti documents an ongoing Free plan with user and template limits. Tekmon advertises a time-limited preconfigured trial, while enterprise scope is quoted. Neither entry route proves that your required approvals, roles, exports or production configuration are included. Test the intended package and ask for a written scope.
