The QHSE Standard is a personal project run by Dimitris Mitsios. It is not a company or a registered legal entity.

Tekmon pays for sponsored placement of its listings. Those placements are labelled and sit apart from the documented-match ordering of the lists. Dimitris also works in marketing at Tekmon.

A sponsored placement is not proof of a product's performance or suitability, and not a tested ranking. Assess any product against its sources, its limitations and your own requirements.

Research, reviews and limitations

The site's research is documentation-based, and its pages are drafted with AI tools. Source checks vary by page and profile; read the dates and linked evidence for the specific claim. Editorial responsibility does not turn a vendor statement into an observed product result.

AI-generated summaries and illustrative personas are not real customer testimony. A rating needs its own source and scope; an unscored comparison should not be read as a hidden numerical judgment. The methodology distinguishes the evaluation framework from external review data.

What the site does not do

Setting out the limits is part of explaining how the directory works. It does not take referral fees from any vendor, so a click on a vendor link does not earn the site money. It does not sell a place in an ordinary list: the only paid placement is the labelled sponsored placement described above. It does not average scores from different review platforms or add up their review counts, and it leaves out a platform score that rests on very few reviews. It does not present an AI-written summary as the opinion of a customer.

It also does not claim to have tested the products it describes. A statement on a profile is tied to a source and a date, and a suggested demonstration is a task for you to run with the vendor. If you need a result, such as whether a particular offline workflow survives a poor connection, the way to obtain it is to run that exercise during your own evaluation.

What the site collects about visitors

Browsing the directory does not require an account or any personal details. Information is collected in two situations. The first is when you choose to send something: the contact form takes a name, an email address, a subject and a message; the listing form takes company details; and the shortlist quiz can save a request for an emailed copy of your results or for a callback, with the choices you made recorded alongside it.

The second is automatic measurement. The site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on each visit, records its own page views, clicks to vendor websites and quiz steps against a random session identifier, and logs the landing page and the name of the assistant when a visit arrives from an AI assistant. The site shows no cookie banner. The privacy policy lists each tool and the rights you have over your data, and it is the document to rely on if anything here differs from it.
