Only 39 of the 83 QHSE and EHS platforms we track publish a price of any kind. Buyers are asked to book a demo before they can find out whether a product is even in their budget.
Median list pricing sits at $15.00 per user per month, but the published range runs from $0.21 to $200 — a 200x spread for software sold into the same safety and compliance function.
Methodology
- We track 83 QHSE, EHS, ESG and sustainability platforms listed in the qhsetech.com catalogue.
- Only prices the vendor publishes on its own public pricing page are recorded. Analyst estimates, reseller quotes and negotiated deals are excluded.
- Prices are normalised to USD per user per month where the vendor sells per seat, and reported separately for per-device and flat-fee models.
- Medians — not averages — are used throughout, so a single enterprise outlier cannot distort the figure.
- The dataset is re-checked and republished monthly by an automated job.
