Embeddable QHSE widgets for your site

Add a scenario calculator, a self-review checklist or historical pricing context to your site. Preview the tool, then copy its iframe code into a page that supports embeds.

Free to embed. Each tool includes its source link and interpretation notes. Embedded content can change as our research and tools are revised.

    QHSE Software ROI Calculator

Build a cost and benefit scenario from your measured workload, pilot assumptions and vendor quote. Separates released capacity from cash savings; no default incident reduction is assumed.

    Embed code
    <iframe src="https://qhsetech.com/embed/roi-calculator" width="100%" height="540" style="border:0;border-radius:12px;max-width:760px" loading="lazy" title="QHSE Software ROI Calculator"></iframe>

Adjust the frame height to your layout and allow internal scrolling so the source notes remain reachable. Your CMS must allow iframe embeds.

    ISO 45001 Readiness Checker

16 prompts for a discussion of your OH&S management system. Tracks yes, no and unanswered items; the self-review does not establish audit readiness or certification.

    Embed code
    <iframe src="https://qhsetech.com/embed/iso45001-readiness" width="100%" height="900" style="border:0;border-radius:12px;max-width:760px" loading="lazy" title="ISO 45001 Readiness Checker"></iframe>

    QHSE Software Pricing Index 2026

How many researched QHSE platforms publish an entry price on their own website, overall and by category, with the dates they were checked. Links back to every dated observation. No average or median is shown.

    How embedding works

Each widget is a small page on qhsetech.com designed to be shown inside a frame on another site. The snippet above is a standard iframe element that points to that page. It sets the width to the full width of its container, limits the frame to 760 pixels, rounds the corners, removes the border, loads lazily so it does not slow the first view of your page, and carries a title attribute so screen readers announce what the frame contains.

    1. Open the full preview of the widget you want and check that its wording suits your readers.
    2. Copy the snippet and paste it into the HTML or custom-code block of your page. A rich-text editor that strips frame elements will not display it.
    3. Adjust the height value for your layout. The suggested heights are starting values; a frame that is too short will scroll inside itself, which is acceptable as long as the source note at the bottom can still be reached.
    4. Test the page on a phone and in a private window. Some sites use a content security policy that blocks frames from other domains, and in that case the widget stays blank until the policy lists qhsetech.com.

The embedded pages are marked so that search engines do not index them as separate pages, which means the copy that appears on your site is not a duplicate of a qhsetech.com page in search results. The frame is still a page of this site, so the privacy policy applies to people who use it.

What each widget shows and where the data comes from

    ROI calculator

The calculator contains no market data. It asks for nine inputs that you supply: annual hours on a workflow, hourly cost, expected time reduction, the share of released time that becomes cash savings, other evidenced savings, subscription cost, other operating cost, one-time implementation cost and a rollout delay of up to 12 months. The currency can be set to USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD. The arithmetic runs in the visitor's browser and the figures are not submitted to qhsetech.com. The model is undiscounted, assumes constant annual costs, and leaves out taxes, inflation, financing costs and any reduction in incidents or fines. A scenario can be downloaded as a CSV file that repeats the assumptions next to the results.

    ISO 45001 readiness checker

The widget shows 16 prompts, each linked to the clause area it relates to, and lets the visitor mark yes, no or clear. It then shows a count of yes, no and unanswered responses. There is no score band and no stored result: the answers exist only while the frame is open. The prompts are written by the editors of this site as discussion starters and are not a reproduction of the standard. The longer self-assessment on the readiness page uses 25 questions with a five-step rating instead.

    Pricing index

The pricing widget reports how many of the researched QHSE software platforms publish an entry price on their own website and how many quote only on request, with a chart by category. The counts come from the same generated pricing observations that feed the full pricing index, so the widget and the index page agree. Each observation records the vendor page it was read from and the date it was checked, and the widget states the range of those dates. It deliberately shows no average or median, because published amounts use different units and currencies. The widget's own note says the data is released under CC BY 4.0 and links back to the index.

    Keeping an embed accurate

Because the frame loads the current page from qhsetech.com, an embedded widget changes when the underlying research or tool is revised. That is useful for the pricing counts, which move as vendors are re-checked, but it means the numbers a reader saw last month may differ from those you quoted in your own text. If you cite a figure from the pricing widget in an article, state the date range shown in the frame at the time of writing. Each widget displays an attribution or source link, and keeping it visible lets your readers trace the figures. Avoid describing the ISO 45001 prompts as an audit or the ROI output as a forecast: both are labelled as self-review and scenario tools for that reason.
