Already using Qualityze? What its record leaves open
Limitations the Qualityze profile records:
- The seven-suite catalogue makes it easy to quote more modules than the first phase needs
Available only under stated conditions or not documented (checked 12 October 2026): Offline audits. Check each against the contract you hold.
Listed candidates that document a capability with a related name (confirm the scope in a demo):
- “Offline audits”: Intellect QMS's “Audit scheduling and assignment”, Octave Reliance's “Audit finding follow-up”, QT9 QMS's “Audit scheduling, review and CAPA linkage”, SimplerQMS's “Audit planning and finding escalation” and Tekmon's “Configurable audit and inspection templates”.
Qualityze evaluation checks, for every candidate
- Inspection and disposition: Use one real incoming lot with a known defect: check that the sampling plan, hold decision and resulting nonconformance keep the same lot and supplier identifiers. Source
- Suite boundaries: List the modules in the quote against the seven suites, and confirm that linked records, such as a supplier SCAR or an asset calibration, work without licensing a second suite. Source
Leaving Qualityze: what to plan for
- Find out whose Salesforce org holds your records. The record says customers need no Salesforce licence of their own, and it lists as an open question which licence type and org the quote includes and who owns and administers it. If the org is provisioned and run by the vendor, an export depends on the vendor's cooperation and timetable; if it is yours, the data stays with you and the question is only what the rebuild reads from it.
- Keep the release evidence. Every subscription is described as including a validation package for each release, and the record cautions that a vendor-validated release still leaves your configuration, integrations and intended use to be assessed. On exit, collect the packages for the releases you ran and your own test evidence for the configured workflows, because both belong to the history of your validated state for that period.
- Inventory modules and connections separately. The quote is itemised by modules, users, sites, deployment and validation, so the list of what you used (inspection sampling, nonconformance, CAPA, supplier SCARs and performance tracking, document review, training, audits) is also your requirements list. Add every ERP or LIMS link, noting which were native and which needed a partner or custom build, and the suppliers who answer SCARs through the system, who will need a new route.
Who may have reason to stay with Qualityze
- The record's verdict is aimed at organisations already on Salesforce, or willing to run on it, that want a release validation package inside the subscription. If that describes you and your reason for looking is a missing feature rather than the platform, check whether a module in the other suites covers it before rebuilding what already works around the platform controls and audit trail.
- Incoming inspection with a sampling plan is where this record is most detailed. It documents AQL or LTPD plans, then accept, reject, hold or conditional release, and a nonconformance or reinspection. A plant that chose it for that has a test to put to any candidate, because a generic nonconformance form is not a sampling plan, and the candidate's record has to show the plan itself.
- Offline work is documented for audits only. If audits are the only thing your field staff do without a connection, the documented capability may be enough and a move gains nothing; if you need offline capture in other modules, that is a real gap to test for, and a replacement has to prove it on your devices, since sync rules here also still need a demonstration.
What to test in a trial of a replacement for Qualityze
- Take one real incoming lot with a known defect through the candidate: choose a sampling plan, record a failed measurement, place the lot on hold, raise the nonconformance from the inspection and issue a supplier action request. The check that matters is whether the lot and supplier identifiers stay the same at every step, and whether the supplier's reply reaches its performance record.
- Ask the candidate for the validation package of its latest release and the test evidence inside it, then mark which of your configured workflows that package leaves to your own testing. Where Qualityze states that every release's package is in the subscription, find out whether the candidate's is included, charged or absent.
- Run a rejected document revision to release and retraining: reject it with a comment, compare the corrected version with the approved one, release it with the earlier revision kept, assign retraining by role or location and confirm who can still open the superseded version. Then ask for the quote itemised line by line; the $30 per user figure on a marketplace listing is not verified as current.
