    1factory Pricing

1factory lists 3 published prices on its own pages.

Published prices, checked 27 September 2026. List prices, not quotes; totals are arithmetic on them. How prices are recorded

    How 1factory charges

1factory sells three different purchases, each counted in its own unit and with its own minimum: Standard Quality Control per QC user (minimum 5), Supplier Collaboration per connected supplier (minimum 5) and QMS per QMS user (minimum 10), all quoted per month.

Every term runs for at least one year and is billed upfront annually, so the monthly rates are paid as one yearly sum. Enterprise has no list price; it is quoted by the options selected.

The starting figure is one unit among three. $75 per QC user a month is the entry price for quality control, but supplier connections and QMS users are separate purchases with their own minimums, and the record notes that multiple licensing units need a combined proposal. A plant that wants QC users, suppliers and a QMS should ask for one proposal that totals all three, not add three list prices.

The review reconfirmed the published QC, QMS and connected-supplier units and their minimum commitments. It did not establish a standard implementation duration or an independently verified review score, so the length and cost of getting from purchase to first use is a quote item, not a published figure.

Neither offline workflows nor a free trial were verified. A buyer who expects to test the product before paying, or to use it away from a connection, should ask for both in writing and, where possible, for a supervised pilot on one real part.

Because terms run for at least one year and are billed upfront annually, the first invoice is a yearly sum for every unit bought at once. Which units to start with is therefore a cash decision as well as a scope decision, and it is worth asking whether a unit added later runs to the same term or is aligned to the first.

What each 1factory plan covers, as recorded

    Standard Quality Control
Includes named QC user licences, from 5.
Not included: API and automated equipment options, which need Enterprise scoping.
    Supplier Collaboration
Includes connected-supplier licences, from 5, bought apart from QC users.
    QMS
Includes QMS user licences, from 10.
    Enterprise
Quoted by the options selected; API access and automated equipment capture sit here.
    Integration routes
Importing a file, capturing from equipment automatically and connecting an ERP each carry their own setup and commercial requirements, and API and automated-equipment options are scoped under Enterprise. The entry price is not indicative if your equipment output is not a file.
    Implementation
No standard duration was established, so the plan, owners and acceptance evidence come from the vendor in the proposal.

    Entry cost, worked out

Standard Quality Control: 5 QC users × $75 per QC user per month × 12 months = $4,500 per year.

1factory for 10 and for 25 users, per year

    Rate10 users25 users
    Standard Quality Control, per QC user10 × $75 × 12 = $9,00025 × $75 × 12 = $22,500
    QMS, per QMS user10 × $20 × 12 = $2,40025 × $20 × 12 = $6,000

QC users and QMS users are separate licences; supplier connections are counted apart and are not in these totals.

What to ask 1factory to put in the quote

Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from 1factory.

    • QC users, QMS users and connected suppliers as three separate lines, each at its own minimum (5, 10 and 5).
    • The currency behind the dollar sign, and taxes: the record leaves the currency unconfirmed.
    • Onboarding, interface work, hosting and validation support, each priced.
    • Which equipment route you are buying: file import, automated equipment capture and ERP interfaces have different setup and commercial requirements.
    • A drawing revision changed in front of you, showing which inspection characteristics change while earlier results remain traceable.
    • An actual output file from your CMM, with GD&T, mixed units and several parts, imported with the mapping errors and their corrections shown.
    • A process signal followed through to an investigation, a disposition and a reviewed corrective action.
    • A work order passed from your ERP and inspection status and quantities returned, with the middleware, retries and reconciliation owner named.
    • An implementation plan for one representative drawing, CMM file and ERP handoff, with owners, acceptance evidence and dates supplied by the vendor, and confirmation of the device output, the options bought and who carries validation.

Vendor sources support the recorded prices and plan terms. Explanatory summaries, worked examples and quote questions are The QHSE Standard's editorial interpretation or calculations, not vendor statements.

Pricing recheck, : Published QC, QMS and connected-supplier units and their minimum commitments were reconfirmed. Pricing separates purchases and Enterprise options; the reviewed official pages do not publish a standard implementation duration or establish an independent user-review score.
