How ERA-EHS charges
ERA prices each module in its own unit, per year, in USD: Environmental Management from $99 per emission unit, Health & Safety from $39 per user account, Sustainability from $99 per metric tracked. The units cannot be added into one platform price.
SDS work is charged per SDS: hosting $0.25 to $1 and full parsing $15; On Demand products start at $99 to $440. Enterprise pricing is a custom quote.
There is no single entry price for the platform. A buyer needs four counts: emission units for Environmental Management, user accounts for Health & Safety, metrics tracked for Sustainability and the number of SDS. A site that buys Health & Safety for its staff and Environmental Management for its emission sources pays two separately counted charges, and the lowest module rate, $39, is only the Health & Safety rate for one user account. It is not a starting price for an organisation that wants the environmental modules as well.
The counts come from different places. User accounts come from your headcount, but emission units and metrics are decided by your permits, your emissions inventory and your reporting scope, and the number of SDS comes from your chemical catalogue. Ask the people who own the environmental permit and the chemical register for their numbers before asking for a quote, since a quote built on a guess at those counts will move when they are known.
The rates are described as starting rates, which leaves the real price per unit open. The record does not give the volume bands, so the figure that applies to your count has to be asked for. The same applies to the SDS prices, which are given as ranges: hosting at $0.25 to $1, On Demand products from $99 to $440 and SDS Authoring On Demand from $150 down to $12 per SDS.
Hosting and full parsing are listed as separate per-SDS charges, so ask whether the chemical-list features you need depend on parsing or work from hosting alone. A large catalogue multiplies any per-SDS charge. A one-time charge for each parsed document and a charge that recurs for hosting are different kinds of cost, and the record does not say which of the two applies to each, so ask.
Environmental emissions mapping needs vendor-assisted setup, so part of the cost of the environmental modules is outside the per-unit rate. Implementation, mapping setup and any consulting should appear as their own lines in the quote, and an enterprise purchase is quoted per facility, so a company with several facilities should say how many it wants covered.
The record states the rates in US dollars, per year, and does not describe taxes or a contract term, so both are open until the proposal. Offline mobile capture is described for most Health & Safety modules only, which means a requirement for field capture in the environmental or sustainability modules has to be checked on its own.

What each ERA-EHS plan covers, as recorded
- Health & Safety
- Offline mobile capture is described for most Health & Safety modules only.
- Environmental Management
- Emissions mapping needs vendor-assisted setup.
- SDS Authoring On Demand
- From $150 down to $12 per SDS, as both the SDS page and its FAQ state it.
- Sustainability
- Counted by metric tracked, from $99 per metric a year, so the price follows the number of metrics in your reporting scope.
- SDS hosting and parsing
- Charged per SDS: hosting from $0.25 to $1 and full parsing $15. The record does not say which charge recurs.
- On Demand products
- Start at $99 to $440; which products these are is not named in the pricing text.
- Enterprise
- A custom quote per facility, with no list amount.
Entry cost, worked out
ERA-EHS for 10 and for 50 user accounts, per year
| Rate | 10 user accounts | 50 user accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Health & Safety, per user account | 10 × USD 39 = USD 390 | 50 × USD 39 = USD 1,950 |
Health & Safety only, at the starting rate; emission units, metrics and SDS are counted in other units and are not added.
Editorial quote checklist
What to ask ERA-EHS to put in the quote
Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from ERA-EHS.
- A quote that counts your emission units, user accounts, metrics and SDS, with implementation, mapping setup and consulting on separate lines.
- The On Demand authoring price per SDS at your volume: the pages give a range, from $150 down to $12 per SDS.
- Which Health & Safety modules work offline in the Imaxinar app.
- The enterprise price per facility, which is quoted.
- A mapping of two of your emission units and one coating process, with the mass-balance result feeding a TRI report and a Title V report, as a test of the environmental modules before their per-unit price is accepted.
- A month of your chemical purchases imported through Universal Import, with the QA/QC errors the import catches shown.
- What happens to an incident photo captured without coverage, and which Health & Safety modules work offline, since offline capture is described for most Health & Safety modules only.
- How a regulatory threshold change in the master chemical list reaches your reports, and who is notified.
- Whether hosting or parsing is the charge that recurs for SDS, the volume at which each per-SDS price applies, and which products the On Demand starting amounts refer to.
