    How myosh charges

myosh charges a monthly package price plus a one-time licence fee, in AUD excluding GST: Classic AUD 228 a month plus AUD 3,768 once-off, Classic Plus AUD 273 a month plus AUD 6,768 once-off.

The advertised package covers up to 10 users and includes training/implementation. Extra modules, users and selected features change the quote.

The price has two parts that behave differently. The monthly package is recurring, and the licence is a single payment, so in the first year the licence is the larger part of the bill and the monthly charge is the smaller. The record describes the licence as once-off and says nothing about a second-year or renewal charge, so the cost of year two and later is a question to answer before the first-year figure is used as a budget for a multi-year decision.

Most of the step from Classic to Classic Plus is in the once-off licence, not the monthly charge: the licence fee is much higher on Classic Plus, while the monthly figure rises by a much smaller amount. The record does not list what Classic Plus adds, so the buyer is paying for a difference it cannot see. Ask for the feature or module comparison between the two packages before judging whether the higher licence fee is worth it.

Because the package covers up to 10 users at one price, a team of three and a team of ten are quoted the same, and the cost per user falls as the headcount approaches ten. Above that the record gives no price at all: extra users, modules and selected features change the quote, and custom pricing is not public. A company expecting to grow past ten users should ask for the price of users beyond the package at the start, not at the point of need.

The amounts are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. A buyer who budgets in another currency carries an exchange-rate difference on every invoice, and the tax treatment depends on where the buyer is, so ask which currency and tax the invoice will use for your country.

Training and implementation are part of the advertised package, but the record does not say how much, and advanced configuration and integrations need package confirmation. If your rollout needs either, ask for them to be written into the quote with a scope, so that the included training is not later priced again as a service.

The trial environment cannot be continued as production, so any forms, workflows and settings built during an evaluation may need to be rebuilt or moved when the contract starts. Count that work in the first-year cost, and ask whether the trial configuration can be copied across and who does it.

What each myosh plan covers, as recorded

    Classic and Classic Plus
Includes up to 10 users, and training/implementation.
    Modules
The pricing table mentions four core modules, but the FAQ names Incidents, Hazards and Actions.
    Once-off licence
Paid once, in AUD excluding GST; the record gives no renewal or later-year charge for it.
    Quality and non-conformance
Whether these modules, with their roles and supplier workflows, are in a package is not stated in the pricing text, so they have to be named in the proposal.
    Beyond the advertised package
Extra modules, users and selected features change the quote, and custom pricing is not public.
    Trial environment
Cannot be continued as production, so the evaluation set-up is not the live system.
    Offline records
Existing offline record access is limited by configuration; the mobile release and the synchronisation recovery should be verified in the environment you propose to use.

    Entry cost, worked out

Classic: AUD 228 per month × 12 months + AUD 3,768 one-time licence = AUD 6,504 in the first year.

    • Any team of up to 10 users, Classic: AUD 228 × 12 monthly package + AUD 3,768 once-off licence = AUD 6,504 in the first year.
    • Any team of up to 10 users, Classic Plus: AUD 273 × 12 monthly package + AUD 6,768 once-off licence = AUD 10,044 in the first year.

Within 10 users the package price does not change with team size; above 10 users the record gives no price.

    Editorial quote checklist

What to ask myosh to put in the quote

Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from myosh.

    • The module list in your package, since the pricing table and the FAQ disagree.
    • The modules, users and configuration included in your first-year quote, with GST on top.
    • Package confirmation for advanced configuration and integrations.
    • A production start plan: the trial environment cannot be continued as production.
    • The price of users, modules and features beyond the advertised package, set down before you outgrow it, since custom pricing is not public.
    • What the once-off licence covers in later years, and what is charged after the first year.
    • Which Quality and Non-Conformance modules, roles and supplier workflows are in the proposal, if you need them.
    • Which app and release you will deploy, which existing records are cached for offline use, and how pending submissions recover after a restart or a conflicting edit.
    • A failed inspection item turned into an assigned action with review evidence, shown on the configuration your quote includes.
