How D4H charges
D4H sells separate modules, each with its own tiers priced per year in USD, and calls the prices indicative. Incident Management tiers are sized by users and concurrent incidents.
A mandatory cloud plan is charged at 25% of the annual subscription. Enterprise tiers are quoted, and a 30-day money-back guarantee replaces a free trial.

Editorial quote checklist
What to ask D4H to put in the quote
Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from D4H.
- Your exact module set priced with the recommended cloud tier, and whether the USD 4,500 (Advanced) and USD 12,000 (Professional) cloud figures are minimum charges. The lines above use Basic Cloud, which lists no minimum; at a higher cloud tier, 25% may understate the cloud cost.
- The Alerting tier that gives you delivery reports, and the credits your recipients use; the page's credit rates apply to US recipients.
- Your regional price page: only the US page was read, and the other regional pages were not compared.
- Enterprise terms, which are quoted.
Vendor sources support the recorded prices and plan terms. Explanatory summaries, worked examples and quote questions are The QHSE Standard's editorial interpretation or calculations, not vendor statements.
