    How isoTracker charges

isoTracker prices a 12-month subscription with all modules by the number of users: $4,816.14 for 5 users, $9,336.84 for 10, $16,734.34 for 20 and $24,953.84 for 30 in US dollars, with GBP, EUR, AUD and CAD equivalents.

The amounts are filled in by the page script, so a text-only view shows no price. The product page configurator offers 5 to 150 users, periods of 1 to 12 months, single modules or all modules, and storage add-ons.

Online training, upgrades, daily back-ups and email support are included; validation documentation is an extra cost and taxes are added.

Across the four listed packages the total rises with the number of users while the cost per user falls: $4,816.14 for 5 users, $9,336.84 for 10, $16,734.34 for 20 and $24,953.84 for 30. Storage of 1.2 to 1.7 GB is stated for them. Compare the packages on cost per user and storage together, not on the total alone.

The fixed packages cover only 5, 10, 20 and 30 users over 12 months. The configurator on the product page offers 5 to 150 users, so a team of another size, or a shorter or longer period, is a configurator or quote question, and concurrent users are priced on request.

The single-module figure should not be generalised. Document Control alone for 5 users and 12 months displayed $1,033.30 and a $1,221.60 total including an add-on amount of $188.30, well below the all-module price for the same five users and term. The record does not say what that add-on amount is, so ask for each module you need as its own line.

A buyer who works to a validated-system standard should treat validation documentation as a line to be priced, not as part of the package: it costs extra, and taxes are added. A 12-month package also implies a renewal point, and the record states no renewal terms, so ask what the same package costs in the second year.

Because the amounts are filled in by scripts, a procurement system or a colleague who reads the page as text sees zero placeholders and no price. Keep a written quote or a dated screenshot of the rendered figures as the record of the price you were shown.

What each isoTracker plan covers, as recorded

    All-module packages
Includes all modules for 5, 10, 20 or 30 users over 12 months, with 1.2 to 1.7 GB of storage.
    Training for non-users
An optional add-on shown at +$1,700.00 on these packages.
    Single module
Document Control alone for 5 users and 12 months displayed $1,033.30 and a $1,221.60 total including an add-on amount of $188.30.
    Concurrent users
    Priced on request.
    Storage
The packages carry 1.2 to 1.7 GB, and the configurator offers storage add-ons, so a heavy document or evidence archive is a quote question.
    Integrations, APIs and single sign-on
Not described, so neither an inclusion nor a price can be assumed. The same applies to languages and security certifications.
    Occupational safety
Only one page covers it, and the modules that page names are not on the products page, so match the modules you buy to what you need.

What to ask isoTracker to put in the quote

Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from isoTracker.

    • A written quote for your users, modules, period and storage, including validation documentation, taxes and renewal terms.
    • Which integrations, API access and single sign-on options exist, and which cost extra.
    • The validation documentation scope for your standard, which is priced apart.
    • An audit finding raised to a corrective action, with the root cause, the action, the effectiveness check and the e-signature that closes it.
    • How a document revision triggers training, and who is notified of overdue tasks.
    • Which modules the occupational safety page refers to, and whether each is in the package you are quoted.
    • The security evidence and the hosting location, with the languages your staff need, none of which is described in the reviewed pages.

Vendor sources support the recorded prices and plan terms. Explanatory summaries, worked examples and quote questions are The QHSE Standard's editorial interpretation or calculations, not vendor statements.
