Already using isoTracker? What its record leaves open
Limitations the isoTracker profile records:
- Prices are filled in by scripts, so a text-only view shows zero placeholders
- Integrations, APIs, single sign-on and security certifications are not described
Available only under stated conditions or not documented (checked 14 October 2026): Mobile and offline use; Occupational safety use; Integrations, API and single sign-on. Check each against the contract you hold.
Listed candidates that document a capability with a related name (confirm the scope in a demo):
- “Integrations, API and single sign-on”: Q-Hub's “REST API, webhooks and single sign-on”.
isoTracker evaluation checks, for every candidate
- Total cost: Obtain a written quote for your users, period, modules and storage, plus validation documentation and taxes, in the currency you will be invoiced; displayed prices are script-generated. Source
- Closed-loop quality records: Trace one finding from audit through non-conformance and CAPA to effectiveness check and signature, and check every step is recorded. Source
- Document and training link: Approve a document revision and check what training it starts, who is assigned and how completion is evidenced. Source
- Security evidence: The security page describes measures but names no certification. Request independent evidence, hosting details and your regulatory requirements. Source
- Scope beyond quality: If you also need safety records, confirm which modules deliver them, since the products page lists quality modules only. Source
Leaving isoTracker: what to plan for
- Start with the module list and the storage you actually hold. The subscription is built from a user package, a period and individual modules, with storage tiers and add-ons added, so what leaves with you depends on which modules were switched on and how much space they filled. Count documents, audit records and CAPA files per module, and size the export before fixing a storage allowance for the replacement.
- Signed approvals are evidence, so decide how they travel. The record describes electronic signatures at document approval and, in a development plan, for CAPA and training. Because integrations and APIs are not described, treat bulk export as something to ask the vendor for in writing, with the approval history attached to each file, or keep the old tenant readable for an agreed period.
- Check whether anything outside the quality modules was kept in the product. A regulations page presents it as health and safety software, naming incident, inspection and compliance functions, yet the products page lists quality modules only, so it is unclear which modules held such records. Identify them before the export request, so ask for everything in writing.
Who may have reason to stay with isoTracker
- Public package prices in several currencies make budgeting simple, and a move swaps a known figure for a quote you have not seen. If you pay in one of those currencies and the all-module package matches your use, compare like with like. The record says validation documentation costs extra and taxes are added, so the replacement quote needs the same two lines before any total is compared.
- A certification demand from your own customers is a point to settle, because the security page lists encryption, a separate database for each customer and daily back-ups to another location without naming a certification. If that is not your driver, wording on a security page alone does not justify a move. Whichever way it falls, ask every candidate for independent reports and read the scope they cover.
- A move does not repair a routine that leaves findings open. The audit page describes failed checklist questions raising non-conformances or root causes and CAPA tasks with deadlines, so if findings stay unclosed the cause may be ownership or due dates rather than the software. Run one real finding through to an effectiveness check and signature before deciding that the tool, not the habits around it, is the obstacle.
What to test in a trial of a replacement for isoTracker
- Ask the replacement for a written quote that carries the same lines this record asks of its own vendor: users, modules, period, storage, validation documentation, taxes and renewal terms, in the currency you will be invoiced. Prices that only appear after page scripts run are easy to misread, so keep the quote as a document and compare totals over the whole term rather than a first-period figure.
- If auditors work where there is no signal, test it explicitly. Here the record describes taking audit checklists out as spreadsheets, completing them offline and loading them back by hand, and it says offline use of the web application is not described. Run the same inspection round on a phone in a dead zone with each candidate and see whether results are entered once or twice.
- Revise a controlled document in the candidate and watch what training it starts, who is assigned, who is told when someone is overdue and how completion is evidenced by signature. In this product the record ties training to document approval, so a replacement that needs manual assignment adds a step your team may currently get by default. Write the difference down before any price discussion.
