How Raken charges

Raken lists two paid plans, both per user: Basic at $23 and Performance at $59 a month, with a minimum of 3 users, in US dollars and billed annually.

The totals the page shows, $69 a month for Basic and $177 for Performance, correspond to the three-user minimum at each per-user rate, so a very small team pays for the minimum even with fewer people.

Performance is the plan the record ties to project-management integrations and to OSHA ITA submission, and it adds segments, production tracking and RFIs. A contractor that needs either integration or the injury submission starts from the Performance rate, not the entry price.

The Time Clock is a paid add-on on every plan and has no published price, so it sits outside both rates. Any crew that clocks in through the app needs that cost added to the quote.

The help articles do not agree on where the Basic plan stops for safety and quality tools: one says every such feature needs Performance, another allows library checklist templates on Basic, and a third lists toolbox talks on all plans. Which tools the quoted plan holds therefore has to be settled in writing before the price is compared.

A free trial is offered, but the record does not state its length, so ask how long it runs and whether it covers the plan you intend to buy.
