How Mitti (by SafetyCulture) charges
Mitti charges Premium per seat per month: $24 billed annually or $29 billed monthly, excluding all applicable taxes. The amounts are the same for each team-size option on the page (1-10, 11-100 and 101+).
Its pricing FAQ says billing is in AUD for Australian and New Zealand customers and USD for all other international customers. Enterprise is a custom price, and multi-site customers can ask for location-based pricing: one fixed price per location with unlimited users.
The same amount applies to every team-size option on the page (1-10, 11-100 and 101+), so the list price gives no volume discount: a team of 100 pays the same rate per seat as a team of two. That is simple to budget, but it also means any reduction for a large number of seats would have to be asked for; the record mentions Enterprise at a custom price and location-based pricing for multi-site customers.
The monthly rate is about a fifth higher than the annual rate, so the billing term is a real cost decision: the lower price is the one that requires the yearly commitment. A team that is still deciding whether the product fits should weigh the extra paid on monthly billing against the cost of being tied to a year it may not use fully.
The headcount that counts is the headcount by seat type, not the number of people in the organisation. The pricing FAQ prices Full and Guest seats differently and the help center also lists Lite seats, while the page does not say which of them the published Premium amount buys. A site where many workers only complete inspections and a few review and report could be cheaper with a mix of seat types, but the record gives no price for a Lite seat, so the saving cannot be worked out from it.
The Free plan is limited by team size and by templates: up to 10 people and 5 active inspection templates. An organisation with more than five different inspection forms in use will outgrow it by templates before it outgrows it by headcount. The record also notes that free and paid plans have different access and integration rights, so a free pilot may not show how an integration behaves on a paid plan.
The 14-day Premium trial can become a paid subscription without a separate step: the help center says billing starts when the trial ends if payment details were supplied. Note the end date when the trial starts, and decide before then. The check behind this record did not test a trial tenant or a paid transaction, so the way billing begins is as the help center states it and has not been observed.
A paid plan does not mean every feature works without a connection. The record notes that analytics, notifications and several other features require connectivity, and that a checklist workflow is only part of the product range, so the plan, the seat type and the online or offline scope have to be checked for each operation you need, not once for the product.

Editorial quote checklist
What to ask Mitti (by SafetyCulture) to put in the quote
Questions prepared by The QHSE Standard from the recorded terms and gaps; they are not statements from Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
- In writing: which seat type the published Premium price covers, the price of any lite seats, AI-credit top-ups and trial-end billing.
- The seat mix you would buy, tried on your actual inspection, review and export workflow.
- The billing currency that applies to you (AUD in Australia and New Zealand, USD elsewhere) and the taxes on top.
- A location-based quote if you run several sites.
- When billing starts after the 14-day Premium trial: the help center says it starts when the trial ends if payment details were supplied.
- Whether any reduction applies above the 100-seat option, since the page shows the same amount for every team-size option (1-10, 11-100 and 101+).
- Which integrations and access rights are on the paid plan and not on Free, so that a pilot on Free is not read as a test of the paid plan.
- A disconnected capture: prepare the device, collect the inspection with no signal, then compare the synchronised record and attachments with what was captured.
- Which features need a connection, such as analytics and notifications, so the offline claim is checked for each operation you rely on.
- A short issue recorded in a crew language, with the suggested fields reviewed and the output language checked.
- A submission through the QR browser route, showing the contact fields, the access rights and the follow-up.
