    Ecesis

Ecesis' pages describe EHS modules sold by number of modules and users. The reviewed pages cover incident reporting with root cause tools and OSHA forms, configurable inspections and audits, training with a SCORM player, and chemical and waste management. A mobile app for iOS and Android is described with barcode scanning, GPS and offline data collection. The vendor says the software can be cloud-hosted or installed on a client's server.

    Evidence: Researched profile

    Who is Ecesis for?

US-focused industrial and environmental teams, such as mining, oil and gas or manufacturing sites, wanting one modular system for incidents, inspections, chemicals, waste and training. No price is published; plans are quoted by modules and users. The pricing page names more modules than those used as sources, so confirm in writing which are quoted. The FAQ page states a free 30-day trial while the pricing page offers a free 30-minute demo; confirm which applies. Regulatory content is mostly US-centred.

Watch for: No price amount is published for any plan. Hosting provider, integration depth and non-US coverage are barely described. Several modules named in the navigation were not used as sources.

Quote-based plans (Small Business, Medium Business, Enterprise) by modules and users

Pricing is not publicly available: the pricing page checked on 2 October 2026 shows Contact Us for every plan and no amount. Price depends on modules and users, which can be added later. Plans differ mainly in storage (10 GB, 100 GB, unlimited) and data-import hours (3, 10 or 15). The mobile app is stated as included in all plans. Request a written quote covering modules, users, hosting, onboarding and renewal.

Separate pricing recheck date not recorded. Confirm current pricing with the vendor.

Which product scope should the quote cover?

The Ecesis EHS platform: incident, inspection and audit, training, chemical and waste modules, plus the mobile app.

Ask the vendor to identify the product, region, modules, billing unit, contract term and included services in writing.

    Offline work and integrations

The inspection and mobile app pages state that inspections and audits can be completed without connectivity and synchronised later. Other modules are not itemised, so test your forms in flight mode.
