    BizzMine

BizzMine's pages describe one platform that connects QMS and EHS processes: document control, CAPA, audits, training, complaints, deviations, supplier, calibration and recall on the quality side, and incidents, inspections, risk, hazardous substances, work permits, management of change, lockout tagout and environmental aspects on the EHS side. A Workflow Designer is described as a no-code interface for modelling processes, alongside a Form Designer and a Dashboard and Report Designer. The pages state EU hosting by default, offline mobile working, integration with ERP, LIMS, MES and CRM tools, and ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification. Pricing is not published.

    Evidence: Researched profile

Built from vendor sources checked ; AI-assisted drafting. Documentation review, not a hands-on test. How pages are made

    Who is BizzMine for?

Organisations from growing companies to multi-site enterprises, in sectors the platform page lists such as manufacturing, pharma and life sciences, food and beverages, logistics and chemicals, that want quality and EHS records and corrective actions in one configurable system. On the pages reviewed, the quality modules (document control, CAPA, audits, complaints, supplier, calibration) are described with more workflow-level detail, such as versioning, escalation and effectiveness follow-up, than the EHS modules. The EHS pages list incidents, risk, inspections, hazardous substances, permits, management of change, lockout tagout, ergonomics and environmental aspects, but they stay at register, form and approval level: named incident types, regulatory incident reporting, a risk matrix, permit types such as hot work or confined space, exposure monitoring, emissions or waste data are not described, and the platform page names fitness for work and workplace wellbeing modules without detail. Whether the standard modules are themselves built on the no-code workflow engine is not stated. API, SSO, integration connectors, native mobile apps and pricing are not described.

    Capabilities and scope

BizzMine (written Bizzmine on the vendor's site) is a QHSE software platform from a company based in Kortrijk, Belgium, whose about page traces it to 1995 and to an earlier name, Vivaldi Software. This profile covers the integrated quality and EHS platform and its solution modules as described on the vendor's site. The reviewed pages do not describe ESG or carbon reporting.

    CapabilityEvidenceScope and source
Document control and controlled reviewDocumented by vendor

The document control page describes versioned documents, review and approval before publication, tracking of review deadlines, read-acknowledgement overviews and links to training and exams. E-signatures are not mentioned on that page, and periodic-review rules and Word check-in and check-out are not described there.

CAPA across quality and EHS eventsDocumented by vendor

The CAPA page describes actions created from audits, incidents, inspections, complaints and risk assessments, with owners, deadlines, escalation and a structured follow-up of effectiveness. Named root cause methods such as 5 Why or 8D are not itemised on that page.

Audit, complaint, deviation, supplier, calibration and recall modulesDepends on scope

The QMS page describes audit, training and complaint handling in a line each (audits and training across quality and EHS processes, complaints through to root cause and corrective action) and links separate solution pages for deviation, supplier, calibration and recall, which the platform page also lists. Those separate pages are not among the cited sources, so the cited pages show these four modules by name only; supplier portals, uncertainty of measurement, customer notification and mock recalls are not described.

Incident, inspection and risk modulesDocumented by vendor

The EHS page describes incident reporting, investigation and follow-up, inspections across quality and EHS with standard checklists and tracked findings, and risk identification, assessment and mitigation, each in a line. Regulatory report formats and a risk matrix are not described on the pages reviewed, so EHS depth is less evident than the quality side.

Hazardous substances, work permits, management of change and lockout tagoutDepends on scope

The EHS and platform pages list safety data sheet and hazardous substance management, permit to work, management of change and lockout tagout as separate solution modules. Whether each is included in a base licence is not stated, and permit types such as hot work or confined space and exposure limits are not described on the pages reviewed.

No-code Workflow Designer and engineDepends on scope

The Workflow Designer page describes designing workflows visually in a no-code interface and says it connects to incident management, audits, risk, document control and corrective actions. It does not state that the standard modules are themselves built on the designer, so ask what administrators can configure and what needs the vendor.

    More capability notes

Also watch for: EHS module pages stay at register, form and approval level; named incident types, regulatory reporting, permit types and exposure data are not described.

    BizzMine pricing

    Not published; demo request offered

On 2 October 2026 the reviewed vendor pages show no price or pricing amount. Pricing is not publicly available, so the licence unit (users, modules, sites or volume) is not known. Ask which modules sit in the base platform and which are priced separately, whether the Enhesa legal-content integration needs its own Enhesa subscription, and what implementation, validation support, hosting-region and renewal terms apply, and get these in writing.

Separate pricing recheck date not recorded. Confirm current pricing with the vendor.

Which product scope should the quote cover?

Quality management (document control, CAPA, audits, training, complaints, deviations, suppliers, calibration, recall) and EHS management (incidents, risk, inspections, hazardous substances, work permits, management of change, lockout tagout, environmental aspects) on one platform with workflow, form and dashboard designers.

Ask the vendor to identify the product, region, modules, billing unit, contract term and included services in writing.

    Offline work and integrations

The mobile page states that users can keep working offline and that data is synchronised once connectivity returns, and it describes the same workflows, forms and logic on smartphones, tablets and desktops. The page does not itemise which modules work offline and does not mention a native iOS or Android app, so test your own inspection, incident and permit forms with the network switched off.

    Demo script

Proposed demo: incident or audit finding to verified corrective action

    1. Report an EHS incident from a phone, then repeat with the network off and show the synchronisation.
    2. Investigate it in the workflow and record the root cause, then raise a corrective action with an owner and deadline.
    3. Change the incident form and the workflow in the designer as an administrator, without vendor help.
    4. Link the action to a controlled document revision and a training assignment, then show the effectiveness check.
    5. Export the audit trail and the dashboard view for an auditor.

Ask the vendor to show you

    1. Which modules are in our proposed licence, how is the price unit set, and what is priced separately from the base platform?
    2. Show an EHS incident, from mobile report through investigation to a corrective action, with the incident types, severity fields and regulatory report outputs we need.
