    Worldfavor

Worldfavor screens a buyer's supplier list against risk indices and public sources, sends structured ESG questionnaires ('requirement packages') that suppliers answer free of charge, and scores the answers against requirements the buyer sets, with manual assessment and exceptions. Tier-1 suppliers disclose their own suppliers to extend the map. Investment teams use the same approach for portfolio companies. Buyer plans are quote only.

    Evidence: Researched profile

Built from vendor sources checked ; AI-assisted drafting. Documentation review, not a hands-on test. How pages are made

    Who is Worldfavor for?

Procurement, sustainability and investment teams that must collect and assess supplier or portfolio ESG data every cycle for CSRD, CSDDD, LkSG, EUDR, SFDR or the Norwegian Transparency Act. Supplier answers are self-reported, and the vendor says suppliers are responsible for their accuracy. AI screening surfaces signals from public sources for your team to review; it is not verification. Security is described as 'SOC 2 aligned controls and ISO 27001 principles', not as a certification.

Worth evaluating for companies and investors with recurring supplier or portfolio ESG data obligations, especially where many suppliers must respond without buying a licence. Less suitable for buyers who need independent verification of supplier data, a published price, or EHS workflows for their own sites.

    Capabilities and scope

Worldfavor AB (founded in Stockholm in 2016) runs a supply chain due diligence platform with three offerings: Sustainable Sourcing for buyers, Sustainable Investments for portfolio ESG data, and Transparency, a free reporting space for suppliers. It is a supplier-data and questionnaire platform, not a frontline safety or site-inspection tool.

    Worldfavor pricing

Buyer plans quote only; responding suppliers participate at no charge

Quote only for buyers. The pricing page lists a free 'Reporting with Worldfavor' plan for responding suppliers and three quoted buyer plans: Standard, Configurable and Managed service. The pricing FAQ says price depends on the number of suppliers, users and selected features, workflow complexity and customisation, that suppliers and sub-suppliers need no licence, and that some advanced AI capabilities may use usage-based credits depending on the plan. The free supplier space is not a trial of the buyer platform; no buyer trial is offered on the reviewed pages. The pricing page's structured data, which is not shown in the visible page text, lists annual plans: Standard 'from 20000 EUR', Configurable 'from 40000 EUR' and Managed Service 'from 50000 EUR', with prices varying by company size and supplier scope. Treat these as indicative and confirm them in a quote.

Which product scope should the quote cover?

Buyer plans: Standard (pre-defined assessments and risk logic), Configurable (custom workflows and risk scoring) and Managed service (Worldfavor runs the due diligence). Suppliers use the free Transparency space. API integrations with ERP and reporting tools and SAML SSO are stated. No mobile or offline field capability is described.

Ask the vendor to identify the product, region, modules, billing unit, contract term and included services in writing.

    Web platform; offline not documented

Not applicable in the usual sense: Worldfavor is a web platform for questionnaires, screening and review, and no offline or mobile field mode is documented.

    Demo script

Proposed demo: screening to a justified shortlist

    1. Upload a sample of our supplier list with countries and categories.
    2. Review the risk picture and open the sources behind three flagged suppliers.
    3. Record the decision to engage or deprioritise each and export the screening record.

Proposed demo: questionnaire to assessed result

    1. Build a requirement package with one manual-assessment question and a signature requirement.
    2. Send it with a test dispatch, then activate reminders.
    3. As the supplier, answer in another language and sign; as the buyer, calculate fulfilment, set one exception with a comment and download the signature PDF.

    Proposed demo: next reporting cycle

    1. Update the due and activation dates and recalculate.
    2. Lock data reported before the new period on one request.
    3. Confirm what the supplier can still edit and what the buyer sees as unfulfilled.

Ask the vendor to show you

    1. Screen a sample of 50 of our suppliers: show which risk indices and public sources drove each flag, and how a reviewer records the decision to engage or not.
    2. Send a requirement package with a manual-assessment question and a signature requirement; show fulfilment, an exception with a comment and the stored signature PDF.
    3. Roll the package to a new reporting period and lock last year's data; show what suppliers and reviewers see.
    4. Which AI features in our plan consume credits, how are credits priced, and what happens when they run out?
    5. Provide the SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certificate, if one exists, and the API documentation for exporting assessed results to our ERP.

Do suppliers pay to use Worldfavor?

No. Suppliers and sub-suppliers report free of charge and need no licence; buyer plans are quoted.

    Does Worldfavor verify supplier answers?

No. The vendor says suppliers are responsible for their data; the platform scores answers against your requirements and flags inconsistencies, and reviewers can assess answers manually.

Can suppliers change answers after submitting?

They can re-answer to override, and delete only if the buyer allows it. Since March 2025 buyers can lock reporting or older data per request.
