    Safety Mojo

Safety Mojo is presented as safety management software with AI features for construction and oil and gas, with solution pages for contractors, specialty trades, owners and developers, and oilfield companies. Crews can complete forms by voice in English or Spanish or photograph paper plans, and the pages describe AI extraction and scoring of pre-task plans. Observations, audits, corrective actions, incidents, safety meetings and dashboards sit alongside. Contractor scorecards and compliance monitoring cover subcontractors, and Ask Mojo answers questions from uploaded documents.

    Evidence: Researched profile

Built from vendor sources checked ; AI-assisted drafting. Documentation review, not a hands-on test. How pages are made

    Who is Safety Mojo for?

Contractors, owners and oil and gas operators wanting voice or photo capture of pre-task plans and field forms, and visibility of contractor participation across projects. Pages describing AI suggestions, extraction and scoring do not say whether a person reviews output before use, so test this on your own forms and documents. Integrations, an API and export routes are not described on the reviewed pages. Offline behaviour is given in one sentence. No amount is shown, and pricing begins with a paid pilot.

Watch for: No price amount is published; a paid pilot is the described starting point. Integrations, API and human review of AI output are not described on the reviewed pages.

    Safety Mojo pricing

Growth, Scale and Enterprise packages; custom pricing via a pricing call, no amount shown

    Demo script

Proposed demo: paper pre-task plan to supervisor review

    1. Photograph one of your own paper pre-task plans and review the extracted tasks, hazards, controls and score.
    2. Complete a second form by voice in English or Spanish and see what is prompted or tagged.
    3. Ask Mojo a question from a manual you upload and check the answer against the document.
    4. Open the supervisor dashboard and contractor scorecard to see flagged plans and participation.
    5. Raise a corrective action and generate a report.

Ask the vendor to show you

    1. Show a pre-task plan photographed from our own paper form, the fields and scores produced, and how a supervisor corrects them.
    2. What does a worker see and confirm before a voice-completed form is saved?
