    Published scope: Mitti documents prepared mobile inspections and reports, issue reporting, corrective actions, training, assets and investigations. The Free plan allows 10 active users and unlimited inspections with 5 active templates, and a 14-day Premium trial is documented; on 25 September 2026 the pricing page displayed Premium at $24 per seat per month billed annually or $29 monthly, excluding taxes.     Published scope: Chemical Manager covers chemical inventories, SDS version history, chemical approval and substitution workflows and worker exposure records. Sypol prepares a COSHH assessment with specialist support from supplied material, activity and location details; local suitability still needs review. The EHS products cover incidents, inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions, and the Control of Work range lists Permit to Work, ePermits, contractor management and access control. The EHS brochure qualifies offline work as starting online and continuing after connectivity drops, and Chemical Manager has its own qualification.     Run these three tasks in both demos

      Acceptance evidence: For EcoOnline, create the chemical request, attach its SDS and show who approves use at the site; if Sypol is quoted, submit a material, activity and location and show how the assessment is reviewed against the actual task. For Mitti, ask how the quoted plan would hold this; our evidence records no chemical workflow, so record it as open scope unless it is shown.

    3. Close a corrective action after rejecting an inadequate closure, export the record, then take a report from someone without an account.

      Acceptance evidence: Name the Mitti plan and seat behind each step and use its account-free QR route, which asks for contact details, so it is not anonymous. Ask EcoOnline to show its equivalent in the quoted app. Exports and integrations depend on the plan at Mitti and on the product at EcoOnline, so show them on what you would buy.

    Keep the decision open if a demonstrated step belongs to an EcoOnline product that is not quoted, such as Sypol, Control of Work or the ESG software, if an offline step has only been shown with a connection, or if a Mitti step needs a Premium feature or a full seat that the seat mix lacks. The pages reviewed describe no REACH or CLP regulatory workflow or CSRD output for either vendor; EcoOnline's chemical page advertises compliance intelligence across more than 80 countries, so ask what that covers for your substances and markets. EcoOnline's own comparison page advertises unlimited power users without additional per-user fees; confirm which product, territory and contract that applies to. Its suite brochure describes EcoID sign-in with two-factor authentication or SSO and a YuzeData partnership for integration scoping, which does not establish a ready-made connector for your systems, so name each interface and who maintains it.

Our research records no chemical inventory, SDS or COSHH workflow for Mitti, while EcoOnline documents Chemical Manager for inventories and SDS records and Sypol for specialist-supported COSHH assessments. If chemicals are in scope, ask Mitti to demonstrate any chemical workflow under the quoted plan before relying on it, and have EcoOnline show how a Sypol assessment is reviewed against the actual task.

    Can SafetyCulture be used for incident investigations?

    Mitti documents an Investigations feature that captures incident details and evidence, records root-cause analysis, assigns corrective actions and produces a PDF report. Only full seats can create investigations, and custom investigation statuses and fields are Premium features. EcoOnline's EHS products cover incident capture and investigation of causes, and its US eCompliance pages list root-cause templates. Run the same incident through both on the quoted plan and products.

    Does EcoOnline support US OSHA recordkeeping?

    EcoOnline's US eCompliance pages describe ISO and OSHA inspection and audit templates, incident and injury form templates and read-only access for auditors; its OSHA compliance guide (May 2026) says OSHA 300 logs are populated automatically as incidents are reported from the field, but the pages reviewed do not describe Form 300A or 301 output or electronic submission.
