    Who is Q-Hub for?

Organisations wanting quality, safety and environmental records on one cloud system covering the three ISO standards, including smaller teams. The pricing page names Full and Basic users but its FAQ describes Admin and Free users, with no mapping, so allowances cannot yet be matched to your headcount. Offline inspections are not described. Single sign-on is listed for Pro and Enterprise only. Contract term and implementation cost are not itemised.

Watch for: Full and Basic users are not defined on the pricing page, whose FAQ uses Admin and Free.

    Demo script

Proposed demo: audit finding to verified corrective action

    1. Schedule an internal audit with an ISO checklist and complete it on a phone, adding a photo to a finding.
    2. Raise the non-conformance as a CAPA with root cause, owner and due date.
    3. Log a related incident with photo evidence and check it feeds the same corrective action process.
    4. Close the CAPA through the effectiveness check and review the dashboard and the controlled document that changed.

Ask the vendor to show you

    1. How do the Admin and Free users in the pricing FAQ map to Full and Basic users, and how are users counted?
    2. Complete an audit and an incident report on a phone with no signal and show what is saved and when it syncs.
